Drill pipes
The drill pipes are joined together with the help of tool joints with a special tool-joint thread.
The pipe ends are thickened by external, internal or combined upset to increase their strength.
The drill pipes are made by means of welding of the tool joint pin and box on the upset ends of drill pipe body.
The drill pipes and tool joints comply with the requirements as follows:
