        Short description
        The tubing pipes (TP) are meant for extraction of liquid and gas from the wells, injection of water, compressed air (gas) and performance of different types of works on the production maintenance and major workover of the wells.

         

        Tubing pipes and couplings for them

        PURPOSE OF PIPES

        The tubing pipes are used in the process of oil and gas well operation for transmission of liquids and gases inside the casing strings as well as for the repair and round-trip operations.

        DISTINCTIVE FEATURES

        The tubing pipes are connected together with the help of thread coupling connections.

        Thread connections of tubing pipes assure the following:

        • capacity of casing string drift in the designer well bores, including in the doglegs;
        • sufficient durability under loads of all types and required integrity of pipe string connections;
        • required resistance to wear and maintainability

        One-hundred-per-cent of tubing pipes and couplings for them are subjected to nondestructive test in

        compliance with the requirements of Standards in force.

        The tubing pipes are manufactured in following versions and their combinations:

        • very leak-tight;
        • cold-resistant;
        • corrosion-resistant;
        • outside upset;
        • with a packing assembly of polymeric material;
        • with distinctive marking of couplings;
        • standard version

        The tubing pipes comply with the requirements as follows:

        • API Spec 5CT/І5011960, 5 Spec 5B;
        • GOST 633-80;
        • Technical Conditions agreed with the Customer

        At the Customer’s request, the outer surface of tubing pipes may be protected by anticorrosive coating.

        All pipes are marked with painting and stamped in compliance with the requirements of

        the Regulatory Technical Documentation in force.

        The tubing pipes are delivered with the thread connections of pipes and couplings coated with grease lubricant and thread safety elements.
